We went to the Artec Industries grand opening event on Saturday November 23rd. One of five days that it rains in Arizona, it happened to put a little damper on the event, but didn’t keep many away. There were over 150 people that came to see the new building and racer vehicles, including the host of Xtreme4x4 Ian Johnson.
This new building more than doubled their previous property, increasing the production area, the shipping department and office space. This addition became necessary when the company invested in purchasing a new Cincinnati 135 PF+ 135 ton CNC Press Brake, an Okuma Captain 370M CNC Lathe with Live Tooling and a Bridgeport 3020VMC CNC Mill.
“Every single department at Artec will improve at this new facility; from R&D to customer service, production to shipping,” said Artie Nuttall, President. “It will enable us to continue to offer the best products at the best prices; giving our customers in the offroad community the best experience.”
